My twin boys were so excited when they got these! They had just been given Paw Patrol lunch bags, so I wanted to get them sippy cups to take with them that matched. The designs are adorable, and the fact that each is different worked great for them, since they each got a different one! I did the "leak test" before I put it in their lunch bag, meaning I filled it up, closed it and turned it upside down! Nothing came out, even when I shook it, so they were leak proof. My only concern is that you have to suck pretty hard for the juice to come up the straw. I'm sure it's that way to keep it from leaking, but my twins, who are 3, were pretty bent out of shape at first, because they could not figure out how to get the juice out. I tried it myself, and it does take effort to get the juice up through the straw, so I was a little disappointed with that. Little ones probably won't be able to get the juice up through the straw. Also, if you tip it up, like most kids do when they drink, nothing will come out. Obviously, if the straw isn't in the juice, because it's tipped up, the juice won't come out. I had to show my boys a couple of times, and remind them as well, to stop tilting it up when they drank! They have it figured out now, and there are no problems. Overall, I am happy with the product, there were just a few little things that were a little annoying.
